Just finished reading it, thanks to Derek. Derek gave me the book in January. It was really really good. It raised a lot of questions at the end about legal issues in trials. I just think Law would be so interesting to study. I just know it would really challenge me. I waited until I finished reading the book before I google image searched the killers. They're kind of what I pictured them to look like. Maybe I will start reading Stephen King. Ha. But I do want to rent the movie now. Somehow I can even find empathy for killers with the help of Capote's writing.

Vincent Gallo
I love Vincent Gallo, did you know that Buffalo 66 is semi-autobiographical. Anyways viewing these photos by Terry Richardson of Vincent Gallo in women's clothing gives me joy, and I tell people and they haven't seen them, so now you can see them. From Purple Magazine I believe, which Alli told me about.
Aquirax Uno
Uno's illustrations remind me of the ones in Dorrie and the Blue Witch, which was one of my favorite books growing up. I actually was obsessed with witches and magic powers. I actually collected books about witches when I was little. For a long time I thought I'd name my daughter Dorrie if I ever have one, but then Finding Nemo and Ellen DeGeneres ruined it for me. We'll see.

Ugly Dolls gone vinyl...
I dream of Ugly Dolls all the time, I can't help it. I started out buying them for Marina, and now I have them, and they just came out with a vinyl collectible line. AND I CAN'T WASTE MY MONEY ON TOYS, oh but I want to.because if I do...then I won't be able to stop myself from buying Hello Kitty vinyl toys at Urban Outfitters, and Kid Robot toys, and KAWS toys, and special ed toys by rappers and different artists, and then I'll just be shopping at Rivet, and ahhh I want gimmeeeee.
Adios spent 500 years in fire and brimstone before the devil discovered his good-natured ways and kicked him out of hell. Too mischievous for heaven, Adios was condemned to live forever on earth, in his modern grave-loft with his girlfriend Ciao Ciao and their cat Skeletrino. Together, Adios and Ciao Ciao wander the world, sharing with others how to make the most out of this life.

ps Sasha Obama has Babo's bird Ugly Doll on a keychain on her backpack, and they wrote an article in the newspaper last week about it, and Larson's was insane with crazy Ugly Doll buyers. I guess this picture has boosted Ugly Doll sales nationally. All I'm sayin is it's hard to work around cuteness and not want to buy it!
pps Hello Kitty MAC is out, I saw it at Nordstrom, I can't justify buying make-up just because of the beautiful designer packaging, but I guess many of us do all the time. It just depends on the brand that really markets towards you. I can't resist Dior mascara because it smells like roses.

THE BIGGER THE HOOP...
a documentary...
We all know my earring fetish, most of them are hoops, or they're just really big earings. My brother's g-f sent me this short 20 minute documentary called THE BIGGER THE HOOP... It's about hoop earrings and mostly latina women. It was cute and short. Anyways, Adison's g-f, Katie is latina (cuban) and from NY so at least she's got some cred. I'm just sassy. Maybe I should just dye my hair dark again.
